Dr. Ellen Rowley @ DCU, St. Patrick’s Campus, Room E223 ‘The Supporting Architecture of the Drumcondra Estate – 1940s-1960s’ Dr. Ellen Rowley is a Post Doctoral Researcher in UCD School of Architecture and Planning and has authored books on Dublin architecture in the 1930's. DIRECTIONS: Walk in the ‘top’ entrance at library, then straight along line of trees on the metal walkway and into the building in front of you. Walk straight ahead. Keep going until you get to orange chairs. When you see them look to your right and you will see directions for E223. After the talk, all are welcome to join the organisers for a casual drink to continue the local history conversation and to mark the end of this year’s series of talks.
