With everyone in lockdown, this will certainly be a different Halloween to the usual. But we can still all have some spooky fun and make this a special event! As well as the pumpkin carving competition (see post below), the DTRA will be running a 'Reverse Trick or Treat' for those who wish to take part. If you have signed up, one of our spooky volunteers will call to your house sometime between 5 & 7 pm to deliver treats prepared & delivered in line with government guidance for hygiene & social distancing. If you would rather not receive treats, we will simply knock and wait on the street for you to open the door, so that the kids can show off costumes and we can do some 'tricking’. To take part, please email [email protected] by a deadline of Weds 28th Oct, with your address, kids' names, and whether you would like a treat or just a trick.
